Joe Yellow – Flash In The Night

One of the biggest Italo Disco legends, Domenico Ricchini aka Joe Yellow is back on the Italo Disco scene after so many years of silence.The new project started in 2010 when Flashback ambassadors were visiting Ricchini at his house in Brescia. He played us some rough demos from his archives, which he then later sent to Flashback Records. The most interesting demo needed some additional melodies and arrangements. The melody mastermind, Dr. Mateo from Italove co-wrote some melodies and Carlos Amoyan did his magic with the arrangements. The project was left in the drawer to wait for the right male vocalist to be found. Finally the right kind of lead voice was found and the project was finalized with the help of lovely Ella (female voice).The new Joe Yellow track “Flash in the Night” is following the same path the famous Power Records and late 80s Discomagic hits were pointing out. The vinyl comes out on transparent yellow and on black vinyl.
